Screening for the Most Qualified Tenants – In addition to the standard credit check and evaluation, we also verify the applicant’s income and work history. We contact their previous landlords to help establish rental history. We do criminal background checks and check for any unlawful detainers and ensure the tenants have no prior evictions.

Rental Contracts and Documentation – All Contracts contain the most current disclosures & protections available to the property owner as recommended by the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS. In addition, Grey Falcon has added clauses designed to strengthen the property’s safety.

Collect Rents and Security Deposits – Rents and deposits are cared for as required by law. Also, we do not get paid unless we collect rent. Payments are cleared and processed then transferred to the owners according to their preferred method of payment.
