Aaron has always had a love of real estate. From counseling his parents to invest in property at the ripe old age of 8 years old to owning rentals for the last 15 years, Aaron has been developing experience in real property for a long time. As Chief Operating Officer of Winchester Real Estate, Aaron oversaw the growth of the company from 450 units to 1000+ in 4 years. With this experience it was time to open his own Brokerage, so began Grey Falcon Properties. With management experience including: accounting, legal, maintenance, and customer service for clients and tenants encompassing 1000+ units. Aaron holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management, a License in Real Estate, and Memberships in CAR and IREM; he understands the needs of everyone from a young tenant renting their first home to the experienced investor with many challenging property requirements. Carol is an experienced Property Manager with over 22 years experience in managing residential properties in Southern California. Carol’s passion is to assist Owner’s with managing their property assets and reduce time spent on the day-to-day duties and ensuring they are they are getting the largest possible return on their property investments. In 1994 Carol left her career in the banking world to embark on a new career in Real Estate. Inspired by her mother, they worked side by side in the Rancho Bernardo/Poway area until her mother retired and handed the business over to Carol. In January of 2018 she joined the Grey Falcon team excited to inject her passion for taking immaculate care of her clients homes’, as if they were her own! On a personal note, Carol loves spending time with her husband, 3 children and her first grandchild. She is passionate horse lover.
